Governing the use of administrative technology and independent support services provided by Nomora Digital Services, Inc.
Last Updated: February 2026
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using any website, platform, or administrative support service operated by Nomora Digital Services, Inc. ("Nomora," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
1. Independent Non-Governmental Status
Nomora Digital Services, Inc. is a private corporation registered in the State of Delaware, United States and operates solely as an independent administrative and technical support provider.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government, embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
We do not issue visas, do not grant travel authorizations, and do not make immigration or eligibility decisions. All official determinations are made exclusively by the relevant government authorities.
2. Nature and Scope of Services
Nomora provides non-legal administrative and technical assistance that may include:
- Organizing customer-provided information
- Reviewing documents for completeness and consistency
- Preparing structured data for administrative processing
- Providing procedural guidance based on publicly available requirements
Where explicitly authorized by the customer, Nomora may provide purely administrative technical assistance that enables customer-prepared information to be submitted through official online government interfaces.
Such assistance:
- Occurs only with customer authorization
- Is administrative and technical in nature
- Does not constitute government representation, partnership, or priority processing
3. Customer Authorization
By purchasing or using our services, you:
- Authorize Nomora Digital Services, Inc. to perform requested administrative preparation and handling on your behalf
- Confirm that all provided information and documents are accurate, lawful, and belong to you or are submitted with legal permission
- Understand that Nomora acts solely as an independent administrative intermediary and not as a government entity
This authorization becomes effective immediately upon payment and initiation of administrative work.
4. Service Fees and Government Charges
Service fees charged by Nomora relate only to independent administrative and technical assistance and are separate from mandatory government or third-party processing fees.
Nomora does not control, determine, or modify official government fees or processing outcomes.
Where an application proceeds, any required government payment is completed using the customer's own authorized payment details solely to fulfill the requested administrative process.
5. Refund Policy and Digital Service Commencement
Because Nomora provides digital administrative services that begin processing shortly after payment, you acknowledge:
- Administrative work may start immediately after payment confirmation
- Once processing has begun, service fees may become non-refundable
- Government decisions, delays, or refusals do not create refund eligibility
Refunds of service fees may be considered only when:
- A verified duplicate payment occurs
- A cancellation request is received before administrative processing begins
- A confirmed technical failure prevents service delivery
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information
- Ensure submitted documents are lawfully obtained and authorized
- Review all data before submission
Nomora is not responsible for delays, refusals, or losses caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete information
- Government processing decisions
- Third-party system failures beyond our control
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomora Digital Services, Inc. shall not be liable for:
- Government approval or refusal outcomes
- Processing delays outside our control
- Missed travel, financial loss, or indirect damages
- Failures of external governmental or technical systems
Our total liability, where legally applicable, shall not exceed the service fee paid for the specific administrative service.
8. Intellectual Property
All websites, platforms, software, branding, text, and administrative workflows are the exclusive intellectual property of Nomora Digital Services, Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Delaware, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
10. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or regulatory changes. Updated Terms become effective upon publication with a revised "Last Updated" date.
